Alice Sprenkeling always had a fascination with the way people work together. Over the course of her career, she has helped organizations develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align talent with business goals, cultivating environments where teams collaborate as a collective. She believes it is essential that talent flourish, individuals feel heard, experience a true sense of belonging, and are given the opportunity to continually learn and grow. Alice brings a unique blend of academic insight and hands-on experience, having earned her University Master’s in Sociology with a focus on Labor Studies, along with her HR Management degree.
Starting her own business as a people-focused leader was fulfilling. When former colleagues, highly skilled professionals with exceptional financial expertise, expressed their desire to join her in creating workplaces that reflect her vision for what work should truly be, she took the leap. Grateful to have partnered with some of the most talented minds in the financial industry, Alice built her company on the principles she deeply believes in: staying up to date with the latest knowledge and trends to bring the most current and effective solutions to the table, while also creating an environment of inclusion, meaningful collaboration, and bringing out the best in people to make a positive impact.
